ALL Australian orders (except pre-orders), if you are located within the metro region will be posted with Australia Post typically will arrive within 4 days, express delivery is next day if before 1pm!
PRE ORDERS
Shipping for pre-orders can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to arrive.
SIZING CHART
Please use the Size Guide as an estimate as to what size to purchase, as styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements.
If you require further sizing information regarding a particular item and/or size, our Customer Care team is more than happy to assist you. Simply send an email to augustreignboutique@gmail.com with this request.

Items are marked with AUS sizing labels, unless stated otherwise.
REFUNDS
We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with love to make sure they are in a good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty or not as advertised, we will happily provide credit note for store.

You notify us within 3 from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to augustreignboutique@gmail.com

Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff
RETURNS
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase that is why we offer a credit note only in cases which:

The item does not fit you

You are not satisfied with the quality

Or you have simply changed your mind
Provided that:

The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached

The item is not a sale item

The item is not a bodysuit or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date

A receipt and proof of purchase is available

Absolutely no returns accepted on items returned to us with makeup/tan marks. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by AUGUST REIGN BOUTIQUE.
